Water Regulatory Council: established by the Decree of Council of Presidential No. 14 of 2014 and aims to: Supervise all operational activities of water providers including production, transportation, distribution, consumption and management of sewage, and the ratification of the price of water as well as the licensing of the facilities and operators.

National Water Company: supply of bulk water to local utilities  and combined water councils.
