Ramallah: PWA held a workshop today on the Regional Water Utilities System with the participation of water utilities and service providers. PWA aims to establish water facilities within a realistic and gradual vision to move from the current situation that faces many challenges, primarily the lack of institutional capacity, to a future situation in which a large number of service providers will be reduced, and replaced by strong institutions that provide services live up to the aspirations of Palestinian citizen, and are capable of sustainability, especially financial sustainability.
