Ramallah: The head of the Water Authority, Eng. Mazen Ghunaim discussed in his office today with Major General Al-Abed Ibrahim, Director General of Civil Defence, ways of cooperation between the two sides in the public interest and for the benefit of citizens in various regions.

At the beginning of the meeting, Eng. Ghunaim welcomed General Ibrahim and the accompanying delegation, stressing the importance of cooperating with civil defence and praising their efforts in the field in various provinces.

The meeting also discussed the importance of preparing a memorandum of cooperation containing all technical aspects requiring the intervention of the two sides to achieve public safety procedures, particularly in infrastructure projects for risk prevention.

For his part, General Ibrahim praised the efforts of the Water Authority and its essential role in providing basic services to our people.
