Project Components: The project consists of rehabilitating and expanding the network with a total length of 18,220 linear meters, including various diameters as follows: 1,280 m diameter 8, 2,500 m diameter 6", 2,120 m diameter 4", 4,820 m diameter 3", and 7,500 m diameter 2", in addition to maintenance work on the pumping station and replacement of its pumps.
The USAID-funded project was halted in 2019 after 85% of the total project was completed and $687,473 was paid.
