The project consists of several contracts, including: 1. Contract with the Turkish company Alki: Infrastructure contractor for a treatment plant to be built adjacent to the lands of the cities of Hebron and Yatta. The plant's capacity will reach 22,500 m3/day. 2. Contract with the French company Artelia: Consultant supervising the construction of the treatment plant. 3. Contract with KGW and the Engineering and Planning Center to design the 14.5 km transmission lines."
