Improving wastewater management in the Dura area. Treating wastewater collected in the existing sewage system and network in Dura, so that it meets Palestinian standards for liquid waste disposal and reuse.
Protecting the environment in the project area, including the western aquifer basin.
Providing treated water for irrigation use, thus reducing pressure on existing water resources in the area.
Improving the health conditions of citizens in the project area.
Enhancing the economic viability of agricultural lands. By providing additional water sources for irrigation, improving the quality of life and economic prosperity in the region.
